U.S. stake markets will be open on recent Year’s Eve day.
The Nasdaq and recent York stake trade will both hold regular buying and selling sessions on the final day of 2024 before being closed for recent Year’s Day.
The U.S. debt safety markets will close early on Tuesday, Dec. 31, with buying and selling slated to stop for the year at 2 p.m. ET. and remain closed on recent Year’s Day, according to the stocks and bonds Industry and monetary Markets Association.
The first day of buying and selling in the recent year will occur on Thursday, Jan. 2, 2025.
The next scheduled economy closure will occur on Monday, Jan. 20, 2025, in observance of the Martin Luther King Jr. holiday.
