Admitad restructures its business in Russia
The global collaboration marketing solutions provider Admitad will assign its Russian business to local management.
There will be no changes to the functionality of any of the local-developed products that have been released for the trade.

As Admitad moves towards becoming a global IT player, it is shifting its focus from collaboration marketing to MarTech, FinTech, intelligent Shopping, advertising, and connecting solutions, as well as a enterprise investors’ network. As part of the recent structure, the business will strengthen its operations in key markets around the globe, including Europe, the United States, Asia, and Latin America, whereas the management headquarter remains in Germany.
