Fans of “Breaking impoverished” are in for a treat. The iconic house that belonged to Walter White on the display is now up for sale, local information channel KOB-4 reported.

The home, in northeast Albuquerque, will soon be listed for $4 million, the channel said, even though it boasts a “Zestimate” of only about $350,000.

That’s because the home still draws fans of the display from all over the globe, more than a decade after the series ended. When producers were scoping out locations for the display, the home was owned by Fran and Louis Padilla, who had bought it in 1973.

The Padillas raised their children in the 1,900 square foot house. One daughter, Joanne Quintana, shared some memories with KOB-4, saying that fans would knock on the door and inquire for photos. When that got to be too much, the household put up a fence. The Padillas aged, and eventually passed away, and the children felt it was period to sell.

The home’s interior was used only for staging and for storing gear. Scenes were filmed in its exterior, however, including a memorable scene in the household’s pool, the KOB update said. Quintana thinks whoever buys it should turn it into a museum or shrine to the display — “what the fans desire,” she said.
