desire a Ford Bronco Raptor pickup truck? SoFlo Customs has done the work for you
Just like Jeep and its CJ, Ford used to have a pickup version of the Bronco during its first production. Since then, a pickup Bronco has been on the wishlist of many current and upcoming owners. Unlike Jeep, however, Ford already has pickups with its midsize Ranger, packed-size F-150 and compact Maverick, so there really isn’t a huge push for a recent pickup. Though, that doesn’t cruel someone can’t aspiration one up and construct it, which is what Joseph Ghattas and SoFlo Customs just did.
The “base” Stud — the name of this conversion — features Raptor-like fender treatments, but the rear fender is a bit more special. To get the four-foot cargo bed, around 16-inches was added to the wheelbase to enable that bed while retaining the rear passenger area and closing off the cabin aft of the C-pillar. According to Ghattas and SoFlo, this longer wheelbase also gives the Bronco a better highway driving encounter. SoFlo — and, in turn, their sister business, Apocalypse Manufacturing — has the encounter of extending trucks and SUVs to make many of the 6×6 customs you view running around the globe, so adding 16-inches to the Bronco is a bit more simplistic considering there isn’t an extra axle to contend with.

Along with the longer wheelbase, the Stud is lifted five-inches and allows tire from 38-inches all the way to 40-inches to be fitted easily thanks to those larger fender openings. Aluminum bumpers propose off-road protection without the weight penalty while an discretionary off-road armor paint helps protect the rest of the body shell from brush rash. Just like the standard Bronco, the Stud’s doors and roof can all be removed for that open-air encounter they recognize and adore.

Inside, you get a plethora of options with weatherproof materials, roll-cages, doors and more to make the Stud into the ultimate Bronco of your dreams. Though, those looking for the ultimate Stud encounter, SoFlo Customs can apply all these truck conversion parts to the Bronco Raptor. This gets you the 418 hp and 440 lb-ft of torque 3.0-liter twin-turbo V-6 encounter with the Raptor’s desert-running suspension and a cargo bed in the back. That might sound like the Ranger Raptor, but you can’t receive the roof and doors off that one without some solemn cutting and modifying.
Just like the JTT, the Stud is sold through Turn Key Vehicles, but the Stud isn’t limited to under 30 examples like the JTT is. You can visit their website to order yours, just don’t expect it to arrive cheap.
