In 2025, global ecommerce sales are projection to rise to $6.56 trillion, before adding another $500 billion in 2026, to $7.06 trillion. In 2027, growth is anticipated to leisurely slightly to 7.2%, to receive online sales revenues to $7.57 trillion. By 2027, it’s estimated that globe retail ecommerce sales will hit $8.09 trillion, surpassing the $8 trillion milestone for the first period.
From 2022 to 2028, annual global ecommerce sales is projected to boost by nearly $3 billion. This marks an overall boost of 57.7% and an average annual growth rate of 7.6%.
